Welcome to the Lucky 7 Custom Cycles website. By accessing, using, or downloading materials from this website, you agree to follow and to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

Notice of Purchase

Please read the product description for the items you purchase before checkout. Customers unsure of what they are reading and/or not understanding what they are buying should contact the Lucky 7 Custom Cycles shop to confirm product details before purchasing products.

Financing

All finance sales are final, Snap, Klarna, and Affirm. Please ensure that your order is correct when you sign your paperwork for your invoices. This does not count if incorrect items were damaged during shipping.

Shipping Policy

Lucky 7 Custom Cycles will begin to process your order usually within 3 business days, however, please allow 7-14 business days from product fulfillment for your product to arrive in the continental United States. In some cases, products could take 14+ days for delivery, however often this is not the case. Once your order ships you will receive shipping details via email. We do not guarantee delivery date of any product purchased.

Please make sure your package is shipped to a secure address. Although we do take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, once your package has been delivered and the delivery confirmation has been scanned by USPS, UPS or FedEx, Lucky 7 Custom Cycles is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

Return Policy

Although all sales are final, if a return is authorized by management, all refunded items will be charged a 30% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and no exchanges are permitted.

Please inspect all pieces after arrival by the shipping company. If you believe you have received a damaged or missing item, you must report your claim to us within 24 hours of receiving it to get a Return Authorization. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be honored. No products may be returned or refused without proper authorization. If a product is returned or refused without proper authorization no refund for the product will be given and any shipping and handling fees will still be charged. All Return Authorization request must be emailed to danielle@lucky7customcycles.com withing 24hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It also cannot have been installed or modified in any way shape or form.

Any and all orders purchased by credit card and/or cash that are cancelled or rejected at time of shipping will be subject to a 30% restocking/shipping fee. No returns, cancellations or exchanges without restocking fee.

Please note that no shipping cost will be refunded on any orders. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Refused Orders

Properly shipped orders that are refused or returned to Lucky 7 Custom Cycles products as undeliverable can be reshipped to customer if additional shipping charges are paid.

Parts Fitment Information

Lucky 7 Custom Cycles does not guarantee compliance with local or state regulations. Lucky 7 Custom Cycles is NOT responsible for improper installation, acts of God and/or damage to persons or property. To the best of our knowledge, all the application & fitment information contained herein is accurate as of the date it was published. Because there are consistently new models, it is not possible to provide application information for all vehicles.
